A unique Sofa, produced in Rome, Italy, c1970s. The sofa features an architectural frame of cream-lacquered moulded wood, with broad panels wrapping around the back and sides. Newly upholstered in alpaca velvet, its generous seat and padded arms provide a soft contrast to the structured outer frame. The monochromatic palette further emphasises the sofa’s distinctive construction and generous proportions. A finely executed example of 1970s Italian seating design.
